Our Firm, is located on 2464 SW 137th. Avenue, Miami, FL 33175. We are located in the shopping center next to Rey's Pizza.
Mr. Gutierrez began practicing law in the Greater Miami Area over 25 years ago. He began his career in the Miami State Attorney's Office, under Attorney General Janet Reno. Shortly after, Mr. Gutierrez decided to open up his own firm, The Law Office of Julio Gutierrez, P.A., which he has run ever since.
Mr. Gutierrez used his extensive knowledge gained from his experience as a prosecutor to help defend those who received the "short end" of the legal stick in Criminal Matters. Mr. Gutierrez has handled: Murder Cases; Drug Possession/Trafficking Cases; D.U.I. and Traffic Cases (both misdemeanor and felony); and Assault/Battery Cases.
Mr. Gutierrez noticed that many of his clients also had immigration issues, especially after the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 ("IIRAIRA" or "IIRIRA"). Mr. Gutierrez then began to concentrate in both areas of law, helping his clients extensively, while expanding his services. Mr. Gutierrez handles all forms of Immigration Law: Removal/Deportation Defense; Naturalization/Residency Applications; Padilla Motions; and Emigration/Immigration issues.
